2017 Annual Member Art Show–Submission Deadline January 19th

Show Run: February 9th – April 4th, 2017
Opening Reception Thursday, February 9th from 5-7 pm
The Member artists and artists who become members are invited to submit up to three works, in any medium, to the Chocolate Church Arts Center Annual Member Show! Please complete the form here to enter your submissions.
- Artwork will be submitted digitally by email and artists will be notified of accepted work via email prior to drop off dates. Artists will be asked to submit 150 word bio.
- All art must be for sale.
- The gallery retains 40% commission to benefit The Chocolate Church Arts Center.
- Artists are paid for work sold thirty days from the close of the exhibit.
- All work must be framed or otherwise professionally presented, ready to display. The CCAC reserves the right to decline work if not up to gallery standards.
- Pedestals are available for three-dimensional pieces.
- Work not sold MUST be picked on date specified or storage fees may be incurred.
- Submitted artwork may be used for promotion of the member show.
- Digital Images: Due via email by January 19th mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org or by submitting through the form
- Please limit file size to 1000px on the longest side.
- NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Confirmation of acceptance by Jan 21st.
- Drop Off: Tuesday Jan 31 from 10:00-2:00 pm and Saturday Feb 4 from 12:00-2:00 pm.
- Pick Up: Thursday April 6 from 12-2:00 pm.
