At first the world (and likely Bob Dylan himself) was shocked to learn he had been awarded the prestigious 2016 Nobel Prize in Literature for POETRY! Yes, poetry. You know his music. This event recognizes the incomparable Bob Dylan as a masterful poet when local Celebrities present his work through creative interpretation.
Bob Dylan’s profound impact on popular music and American culture is marked by lyrical compositions of extraordinary poetic power within the great American song tradition.
