Celebrate mud season in style at this premiere fundraising event benefiting the Chocolate Church Arts Center.

April 7, 2018

What is Mud Boots & Black Tie GALA?

Gala? Yes. Mud Boots? Yes. Building community to support the Chocolate Church? Definitely!

On Saturday, April 7, 2018 supporters will open their homes to host dinner parties throughout the region. Community is at the core of the Chocolate Church Arts Center. Join us for this special evening when guests and hosts will celebrate the community of theatre, music, dance and visual arts. Guests will be invited into the homes of Hosts for a prepared dinner and beverages. Then we will all gather back at the Chocolate Church for dance music by The Downeast Soul Coalition, desserts, silent auction and night cap.

Mud Boots & Black Tie comes just in time for the beginning of spring – or mud season as we fondly know it. It is a unique event of community that you will not soon forget. You will meet new people and make new friends. Gala attire encouraged, so get out your formal dress, rent a tux or get the suit dry cleaned. Mud Boots are the perfect, practical accessary for such a fun event.

So, yes, it is true. Get your tickets now. You will be assigned a home and the host will welcome you for a memorable evening.
