ABOUT WINTERFEST

Family-friendly fun takes over downtown Bath all day long during Winterfest 2026, happening on Saturday, February 21. The Chocolate Church Arts Center is thrilled to collaborate again for the third year with Main Street Bath to produce the Winterfest Lantern Parade, which starts downtown at 5pm and ends at the Chocolate Church Arts Center around 5:30pm. Join us for a free Main Stage concert to cap off the evening. Details:

The Huddled Masses Orchestra

Right after the Lantern Parade, warm up with us and celebrate in the Chocolate Church Main Stage space with free hot cider, popcorn, and a concert by The Huddled Masses Orchestra, a thrillingly energetic, 12-member, Balkan-style brass band out of Thorndike, Maine. The group took its name from a line in the poem at the base of the Statue of Liberty back in 1993, and today recreates the big-brass, celebratory sounds of a wedding or village festival in the Old Country. Dancing is enthusiastically encouraged (and you'll find it hard to resist!)
