Klezmer (celebratory music of the Jewish diaspora) isn’t just a collection of songs, scales and ornaments, but rather, a transcendent approach to music and life in general.

In this one-hour workshop, participants will learn a few songs together and explore different approaches to the music, with an emphasis on improvisation, self-expression, and spirituality.

This workshop is open to musicians and non-musicians of all skill levels and backgrounds. Bring an instrument if you have one!
